1. Jumbo roll
   1. Jumbo roll specification:25-45 g/m² 1 ply paper towel. Other requirements to be specified.
   2. Jumbo roll size: width ≤620mm x Φ1200mm；(Other size available.)
   3. Jumbo roll core diameter:Φ76mm；

2. Product size
   1. For C fold paper towels.
   2. Unfolded size: 200mm x 310mm.size to be confirmed
   3. Folded size: 200mm x 90mm.
   4. Fixed size is 200mm .
   5. The cutting length is adjustable.
   6. Folding type: C fold, and Vacuum fold.

3. Paper feeding
   1. With one jumbo roll stand.
   2. With stepless-adjustment cone pulleys hand wheels to control jumbo roll web tension.
   3. With hand wheel to adjust the jumbo roll to the left or right.
   4. Pneumatic loading Jumbo roll automatically；

4. Folding unit
   1. Automatic counting by ink mark.
   2. With stepless-adjustment hand wheels to control web tension.

5. Embossing unit
   1. With steel-to-steel embossing unit. (Embossing pattern provided by the buyer or recommended by us.)
   2. Embossing tension is adjustable to adapt the machine for different quality and gsm papers.

6. Control system
   1. Operation speed: about 300 pc/min/line x 2lines = 600 pc/min total
   2. Speed of production is controllable.
   3. Main motor control by inverter
   4. Controlled by inverter, famous brand.
   5. Automatic counting system with ink mark, each count of 100 pieces, 150pieces, 200 etc.
   6. With JOG function for folding unit, embossing unit etc. easier for maintenance.
   7. With emergency stop function for folding unit, embossing unit etc. you can stop the machine in any cases of emergency. Good for safety protection.
   8. With paper break auto stop function. Machine will automatically stop if paper break or used up.
   9. Power: Main Motor 5.5KW, unwind stand motor: vacuum pump about 11 KW 3-phase AC380V 50HZ or customized.
   10. With vacuum pump. Less noisy, more energy-saving.
