Description
This Automatic JRT Maxi Roll Jumbo Tissue Rewinder Machine NO need heavy air shaft is used to make small toilet rolls, maxi rolls, JRT, HRT and jumbo toilet tissue roll.
It does need a heavy pneumatic air shaft like traditional maxi roll machine.
It adopts new technology. The pre-cut paper cores will automatically drops to the rewinding head and then glue the tissue to the cores and then rewind and finally comes finished rolls. The whole process, the worker does not need to carry the heavy pneumatic air shaft. It can save lots of labor and increase the production capacity.

A. Jumbo roll
a. Jumbo roll specification: 12-45 g/m2 1 ply virgin tissue paper or other tissues.
b. Jumbo roll size: ≤1800mm x Φ1300mm; (Other size available.)
c. Jumbo roll core diameter: Φ76mm.
B. Product size
a. Finished product type: toilet papers.
b. Finished roll inner core diameter adjustable from 50 to 76mm. Or customized.
c. Finished rolls diameter is adjustable 80 to 250mm.
C. Unwinder Section
a. With 2 jumbo roll back stands.
b. Each jumbo roll stand is driven by one separate motor. NOT driven by traditional belts or chains.
c. Jumbo Roll diameter: Max. Ф1200mm (Other size, please specify).
d. Core diameter: Ф76mm.
e. Pneumatic loading jumbo rolls automatically.
f. Jumbo roll tension can be adjustable.
g. With wide flat belts for feeding the jumbo roll.
h. Each jumbo roll can be adjusted to left or right by independent motor electrically. NOT by hand.
D. Rewinding Section
a. With core tank for automatic feeding paper cores. (the cores are pre-cut into desired length)
b. The machine automatically drops the pre-cut cores onto the machine and then rewind the tissue log and then push them out.
c. Core diameter adjustable.
d. With automatic perforation system: Perforation size is adjustable.
e. With automatic finished roll tail trimming and sealing system to seal the logs with straight glue lines.
f. It can convert 1 or 2 plies jumbo roll of difference gsm paper, depending on jumbo rolls.
g. With strong structure to ensure high speed running..
E. Full Embossing Section
a. With 1 set of steel-to-rubber full embossing unit.
b. Controlled by pneumatic type design cylinders. NOT screws.
c. Heavy chrome coating.
d. Famous brand bearings for embossing rolls, perforation rolls, etc.
F. Control system
a. Machine speed: 0-220m/min.
b. Speed of production is controllable.
c. With automatic count function. (How many sheets per roll or how big diameter per roll)
